Financial Policy

All treatment plans and financial obligations are thoroughly explained to patients before any treatment begins. All major credit cards are accepted, as are personal checks.

We offer a 5% cash discount as well as a 5% discount for any dental treatment paid in full before treatment begins. We also offer CareCredit to our qualifying patients. This is a convenient payment plan which offers no interest financing for up to 18 months, and also low interest monthly payments with a revolving credit line. Offering CareCredit allows us to make the smile you've always wanted affordable.

Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
